JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 This matter has been listed at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that through inadvertence, the sentence "The accusation of assault is general and omnibus without any specific assault attributed to the petitioners" has been inadvertently printed. The same is a error of record and contrary to the statement made in paragraph-12 of the petition.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is satisfied that the said sentence "The accusation of

3. The order dated 18.07.2019 stands modified only to the above extent.
