Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.394 of 2023 dated 14.05.2023 registered for the offence/s punishable under Section/s 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is a young person having no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 17.05.2023 and against him the investigation has been completed and the FIR was registered against unknown persons and the victim girl herself returned back and recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she did not make any allegation of kidnapping rather she

Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Considering the above submissions and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent as well as his young age and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to accept his bail prayer. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.394 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) sangam/- U T
