JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. According to the prosecution case the petitioner had illicit relation with another lady which caused annoyance to the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui P.S.Case No. 293 of 2014.
