JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, the marriage of the deceased had taken place 11-12 years ago and after marriage, she had given birth to four children. Furthermore, the first information report reveals that the relation of the deceased with her husband was not cordial. No doubt, some injuries were found on the person of the deceased but none has seen the actual killing of the deceased.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection
