The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2014 in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the vagueness of allegation against the petitioner and the period of custody as also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara In connection with Charpokhari P.S.
