Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 16.04.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bonds of Rs.
