This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A & 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It has jointly been submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the dispute has been settled between the parties and they will act as per the terms of the settlement. Considering the aforesaid submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Mahila P.S.
