Earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed by this Court vide order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33666/2017 with direction to surrender before the court below within four weeks. However, present petition has been filed as the order has not been complied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extending the period of surrender.

Having heard both sides and in view of the earlier direction to surrender before the court below within four weeks, I
