This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Parihar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is serving in National Security Guard (N.S.G.), this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2566 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
