JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Petitioners are permitted to make necessary correction in para-3 of the petition within course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are driver and cleaner of lorry respectively and according to prosecution case itself, the alleged recovery has not been made from the lorry of the petitioners rather the same had been made from pickup van as well as from the field of one Sadik Mian.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2259 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 368 of 2015.
