JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 23-04-2018 From the material that has come on record, we find that with regard to the encroachment in question, the Circle Officer, Pandaul, District- Madhubani i.e. Respondent No. 8 is already seized of the matter and he has issued directions for removal of encroachment, inspite thereof, it seems that nothing has been done.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we direct that on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4082 of 2018 dt.23-04-2018 2/2 petitioner filing a certified copy of this order before Respondent No. 8 and Respondent No. 3, they shall exercise their statutory powers under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and proceed to remove the encroachment in accordance with law after hearing all concerned within a period of three months. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
