2. Pursuant to the orders of the Court dated
Patna High Court MJC No.1551 of 2022(4) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 07.02.2022, petitioner has submitted representation on 26.02.2022 and the concerned authority proceeded to pass speaking order on 24.11.2022. The same has been placed on record as Annexure- B to the show cause.
3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, orders of this Court has been complied. Accordingly, the present M.J.C.- Contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the speaking order dated 24.11.2022, if he is aggrieved.
