The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police arrested the petitioner Umesh Ray @ Govinda and Dilip Singh with a stolen Maruti. The petitioner did not produce any chit of papers. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 04.07.2014. Similarly situated co-accused Dilip Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40018/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
