JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner was allegedly caught with a countrymade pistol and two live cartridges and for the aforesaid recovery; he is languishing in jail custody since 07-09-2014. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent of five cases but it appears that almost all the cases were registered for the offence under Sections-447, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
