JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substances Act. The petitioner along with one Sunil Singh was arrested on 11.08.2014 when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing the offence.

Firearms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which a separate case was registered. It is submitted that in similar facts and circumstances, the co-accused Sunil Singh has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.5601/2015.

No.10853 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.84/2014 with the following conditions : 1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
