This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner are said to have caught hold the deceased while he was being assaulted by other co-accused persons, as a result of which, she sustained grievous injuries and ultimately died.

Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
