This application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26146 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court on 23.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26146 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44004 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 four weeks in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018 pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-IX, Gaya, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of petitioners is extended for four weeks from today. The Order dated 23.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc.
