JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge, one mobile and cash of Rs. 13,000/- were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 822 of 2014.
