JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the O.P. No. 2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the O.P. No. 2.

This application is filed for cancellation of bail on the ground that accused-O.P.No. 2 is threatening the prosecutrix. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint has been filed in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate with regard to giving threatening.

Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 submits that allegation of giving threatening is false and there is no any information given to the police in this regard. Only a complaint was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52637 of 2017 (5) dt.21-02-2015 2/2 It appears neither information to the police with regard to inducement or threat to witness was given nor any inquiry was done, so finding no merit, this application for cancellation of bail stands rejected.
