JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 22.11.2014 in a case registered under section 304B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of deceased was solemnized two years ago and it is stated that deceased was administered poison by her in-laws but according to the first information report itself, there was no illegal demand but in spite of that the case was registered under section 304B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12629 of 2015 (4) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 206 of 2014.
