One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from perusal of Para-3 of the petition. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that much prior to the present case, the father of the petitioner had filed Complaint Case no. 2541 of 2014 against the police officials and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in the present case.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3020 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj connection with Bhorey P.S.Case No. 193 of 2015.
