The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 133 of 2014, arising out of Harnaut (Chero O.P.) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the trial has begun and four witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the trial is not concluded the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly before the court below.
