Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 364-A of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in short is that the informant's son was kidnapped by unknown persons.

It has been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47756 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 14-09-2021. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There was a family dispute between the parties and for the said reason, the present case has been instituted. The illicit relation of the victim with wife of petitioner No. 2 was being objected by the petitioner No. 2 and his family members. Hence the present case has been instituted. On the same day, the victim is said to have been recovered. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S.
