JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for informant.

Petitioner is the sole assailant of informant by means of fire arm. From the order impugned, it is apparent that informant had sustained fire arm injuries over abdomen, wound of entry and exit right side of chest. That being so, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.
