2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to direct the Concerned Respondents to immediately stop the illegal work on the land bearing Khata no.568, Khesra no.2747, Ward no.25/29, Thana no.19 and municipal survey plot no. 39/13, area-2 Katha, 3 Dhur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11191 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/3 4 Dhurki, situated at Mauja-Ranipur, PSMehandiganj, Dist-Patna with boundaries as North-Ram Swarup Mahto, SouthDeenanath Singh, East-Nala (Drain), WestRamswarup Mahto of the Petitioner and restore the original position of the petitioner's land;

(ii) to direct the concerned Respondent to take legal action immediately against the private respondent forthwith;

(iii) to direct the concerned respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 17-04-2026 forthwith;

(iv) to direct the concerned Respondents to protect the petitioner against the private respondent and other miscreants in the interest of justice forthwith;

(v) to grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to as in the facts and circumstances of the case..

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Misc. Case No. 89 of 2026 has already

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that if not concluded, it will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. The aforesaid statement of the learned State counsel has been recorded and expecting the S.D.M., Patna City to conclude the proceeding at an earliest after noticing/hearing the respondent no.08 as also others, the writ petition is disposed of.
