The petitioner seeks bail in Mokama P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that a theft was committed in her house, ornaments and other articles were stolen. During the course of enquiry the informant came to know that Kajal Kumari had come to her house along wither friend Mamta Devi. They might have committed theft in her house. A raid was conducted in the house of Kajal Kumari and from there ornaments were recovered. From the house of the petitioner also different articles were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14126 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 ornaments were not put on test identification parade, but there is no mark of identification of the ornaments. The petitioner is a lady and she is in jail since 08.02.2015 and she has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar, the learned 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, at Barh, District - Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.
