The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2018.

Allegation is that the petitioner committed murder of his wife. The case is based on circumstantial evidence. In the past, prayer for bail was refused vide order dated 02.05.2019, a copy at Annexure-1.

The report of the trial Judge dated 08.02.2021 reveals that the trial is still pending for prosecution evidence. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and undertaking of the petitioner to cooperate with the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

No.5065 of 2021(3) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018, S. Tr. No. 265/2019/214/2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
