NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna, as well as the counsel appearing for the State Bank of India. In view of the statement made by the respondents 6 to 8 that the arrears of pension and gratuity has already been credited in the account of the petitioner way-back in the year 2014, no cause remains to be adjudicated.
