ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in Cr. Appeal No.27 of 2011 passed by the Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua on 09.10.2015.

Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed. However, in view of the nature of dispute and the period of custody, sentence of one year is reduced to the period already undergone by the petitioner and the amount of fine is decreased to Rs.5,00/- from Rs.1,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
