1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 158 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 323, 354, 308, 379, 504 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he contended that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail,
