ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 12.5.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. 5048 of 2010.

It appears from the report of the 6th Additional Sessions judge, Muzaffarpur that 11 witnesses including the Investigating Officer have been examined and only one witness is left to be examined. It is expected that only one month more time will be taken to conclude the Sessions Trial No. 300 of 2010 arising out of Mushhari P.S. Case No. 34 of 2009. In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
