Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014 registered under Sections380, 307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case between the parties and the injured of this case sustained simple injuries. Moreover, it appears that parties have already compromised the case and therefore, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11215 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
