This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 12.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.21711 of 2017 by this Court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with Complaint Case No.1427 of 2015. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 12.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.21711 of 2017 by this Court, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59210 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No.1427 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. but, due to some personal reason, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below in connection with the aforesaid case and prays for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case. Let the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case be further extended for a period of four weeks from today.
