The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120B, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was the Panchyat Secretary of Chainpur Masuri and he could not have identified the beneficiaries of Chirah Panchyat. It is also submitted that in similar circumstance co-accused Ganga Prasad Biswas @ Ganga Ram Biswas has been granted bail vide Annexure-4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that similar allegation has been made against the petitioner as mentioned in para-3 of the petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
