JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C) of the I.P.C. From the possession of the petitioner three fake currency notes of Rs. 500/- and three currency notes of Rs. 1000/- were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, the accusation, at best is made out under Section 489(C) of the I.P.C which is bailable. Moreover the investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
