ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners being mother-in-law, brother-inlaw and sister-in-law of the deceased are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in connection with the present case, the husband and the fatherin-law are already in custody. It is further submitted that these petitioners are living separately from the husband of the deceased and in fact the death had occurred on account of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7980 of 2015 (3) dt.27-04-2015 2 / 2 fact that the husband of the deceased was facing acute poverty and it was because of poverty and starvation that the girl in question had committed suicide.

Considering the aforementioned submissions as also the fact that these petitioners have been living separately and have no connection with the alleged offence, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of two weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
