The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59684 of 2018 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 pending in the Court of the learned ACJM- V, Nawada, to the extent of extending the period of surrender. The petitioner was to surrender within twelve weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to ill health the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended by three
