Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.12.2015 on the accusation that he assaulted the injured by means of bamboo causing injury on her arm. There appears to be land dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Katihar in Kadwa P.S. Case no. 76/2015.
