The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant has produced the compromise petition, let it be kept on record. In view of the fact that both the parties are agnates and there is a case and counter case between the parties due to land dispute.

In the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory

No.2072 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 176/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
