JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.06.2015 (wrongly mentioned in the impugned order as 19.06.2015) on the accusation that he removed the foetus from the ovary of cow as a result thereof, the cow died but the impugned order shows that cow died of septicemia. Moreover, the investigation has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
