Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant alleging that her mother went to demand bamboo due to which hot discussion took place between informant and the petitioner's side. Due to this reason the grandfather of the informant assaulted informant's mother. When informant's father went there then his father started assaulting on his head due to which he fainted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informants are agnates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2022 having clean

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a long pending family dispute is in existence between the petitioner and informant's side. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier dispute has also taken place on 24.03.2023, thereafter the informant got treatment in the Community Health Center. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with a view to take revenge, the present case has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
