JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 19.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
On theft worth `1,12,020/- which includes the computer monitor, U.P.S. and other articles being committed in the Supaul post office, the case was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up when sniffer dog indicated by reaching to the shop of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled since the petitioner failed to do some work in the police station. The investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015.
