Petitioner, a Child Development Project Officer, has been placed under suspension under Notification dated 27.08.2021 bearing No 3566.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of any amount towards subsistence allowance, since the date of her suspension. Submission is that on 30th of May 2022, the petitioner made an application for payment of subsistence allowance. It is submitted that

Patna High Court CWJC No.12763 of 2022(2) dt.18-11-2022 2/2 application has been made to the District Programme Officer as she was directed to report to the Headquarters during the period of suspension which was declared as the office of District Programme Officer, Bhojpur under the order of suspension dated 27.08.2021. The limited grievance is that the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur (Respondent No 5) be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation.

Learned counsel for the State submits that order, in accordance with law, will be passed by the Child Development Project Officer (Respondent No 5).

In view of the limited grievance, the writ petition need not be kept pending. The District Programme Officer, Bhojpur (Respondent No 5) is hereby directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Dues, found admissible to the petitioner, should also be paid within four weeks thereafter along with statement showing details of calculation of amount being paid. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
