2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 790 of 2023, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366(A), 386, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons abducted informant's niece when she went out for her coaching and demanded Rs. 4 lakhs ransom to release her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that the victim girl had love affair with co-accused Raushan Kumar and for this reason the victim girl went with the co-accused person. Statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. in which she has stated nothing adverse against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85386 of 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 790 of 2023.
