1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 24.06.2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 37332 of 2024. It is next submitted that in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 37332 of 2024, the name of the father of the petitioner was recorded as Arun Musahar when his name is Nemi Musahar @ Nemi Ram.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the name of the father of the petitioner is modified to read as Nemi Musahar @ Nemi Ram instead of Arun Musahar in the order dated 24.06.2024 in Criminal
