2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 120(B)/34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned

No.48347 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that some of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
