04. 09.03.2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.03.2015 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) instead of Rs. 750/- in the Court below in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2.
