This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Paraiya P.S. Case No. 76 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute and there has been a free fight between both the parties. There are five injured persons from the side of the petitioners and two injured from the side of the prosecution. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2430 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
