Admittedly, no one sustained any injury and for recovery of loaded country-made pistol and empty cartridge, petitioner has already remained in custody since 16-07-2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bariyarpur P.S.
