No. 2207 of 2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of the present I.A. has prayed for directing the authorities to consider the date of service rendered by the petitioner as Assistant Engineer with effect from 07.09.1987 and accordingly grant him promotion with effect from the date his juniors have been granted promotion. The I.A. No. 2207 of 2018 is allowed and the aforesaid prayer is directed to be added as additional paragraph no. 1 of the main writ petition.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a
Patna High Court CWJC No.4659 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the respondent no. 2 be directed to dispose off the said representation within a specified time frame.
Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within two weeks and in case such representation is filed before the respondent no. 2, then the same may be considered and disposed off within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order.
